Only four simple ingredient for a really satisfying healthy drink!
Do you have frozen blueberries, green tea, honey and soda water? If so you have to try this refreshing tea recipe.
What you will need:
honey – sugar, maple syrup, agave or whatever sweeter you enjoy. Or skip it.
mint leaf – for garnish not necessary
Premake a container of mashed blueberries and cooled green tea so you can drink it though out the day. Add the soda water to each glass you pour so it does not go flat in the container and water down your mixture!
Blueberry Green Tea Spritz
- 1 cup brewed green tea
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/8 cup soda water
- 1 tsp honey sub with sugar or maple syrup
- mint leaf for garnish
- ice optional
- Once you have brewed your tea and let it cool, crush up the blueberries with the honey and pour the green tea over mixture about 2/3 of the way.
- Pour the soda water slowly over tea. Give a little stir and garnish with a mint leaf.
